The press asked a Redskins executive about the salary cap penalty and the executive responded, "Ask John Mara." So the press asked Mara and he said, “What they did was in violation of the spirit of the salary cap. "
Oh I see now, even though there was no actual salary cap in 2010 according to the CBA, the "spirit" of the salary cap still existed. Thanks for clearing that up Mara.

Like seatbelts and smoking in bars, and helmets, PED's sometimes you have to be protected against yourself.
why not this?
I agree.. usually the book is much better than the movie anyway.
They can really flesh out the characters.. I mean in the movie, Samantha is just some slut, and the pool boy doesn't even have a name. In the book, we find out his name is Eduardo, and he's cleaning pools for his mother's brain operation.
Samantha is a college student who is pretty much just a loose and easy slut, but the background we get on her and Eduardo makes it all the more intimate, especially when they're doing the "three legged dog" on the chaise lounge.

The problem with the argument in the op is the same as every slippery slope argument. They are claiming we should not take an action that leads to positive results, because other actions that lead to negative results are based on similar logic. The correct conclusion to draw is that each of these actions should be judged as separate questions and not as one larger question that we need a categorical answer.
However, I don't see what is positive about forcing condom use in pornography produced in one county. The only thing it does is moves the businesses out of that county. Further, I think we need to ask who does this protect? I don't think there exists a talented pornographic actor who is unable to find work because of his/her dedication to only film sex scenes with condoms, and I don't think anyone particularly cares about this persons plight if he or she does exist. This is why I voted against it. (Well, and also because I don't want to see condoms in my porn)
Someone already beat Bang to it.

Has anyone else ever casually watched a porno while eating cereal in the morning?

Stephen Colbert had a funny bit where he quoted an industry lawyer who said that actors wearing condoms would ruin films set in historic times. Because porn viewers demand historic accuracy.
Here it is, with some Fox News porn names thrown in:
