DT had an outstanding season on special teams that year. He definitely contributed to that title.

Umm... He could have had...

1) Jordy Nelson (whom I wanted over Devin Thomas, dood was clutch in College, and made some crazy passes.) We took Thomas 2 spots before Jordy went to GB.

2) We took Fred Davis, 1 spot before Jackson when to Philly, which...I'm not too upset about.

3) Kelly, over Ray Rice/Charles/Finley (ok we didnt need a RB, and at the time, I liked the Kelly pick)

obviously in hindsight, had we gone Nelson/Jackson/Finley we would be pretty set.
But hey, with out Ceratto, we may not have RG3. Then again with Mike Brown (Bengal's GM for turning down the trade for 85) we may not have Trent Williams or Orakpo.

When you look at that 2nd round, there were a lot of players who flamed out, particularly at WR. I also liked Nelson, along with Kelly. I wanted one of those two guys. I didn't care as much for Thomas, and I'm always nervous about a player who only has success for one year in college.

That being said, I wish him luck with the Lions.
