Early reports have it as "gang related", . . . still tragic.

Ugh........I just don't know any more, maybe our culture is really too far gone to be salvaged.
May God's grace and mercy be with all of those involved.
Personal, indications say gang related. Two people shooting at each other. One was hit and is in custody, the other ran. Two people nearby injured by strays. Another person had a heart attack.
Sadly happens every day. It's only front page news because it was on a college campus and of the climate right now (ratings).

Things like this will keep on happening. Wait til we have a shooting where 50 people die, maybe then that'll get some people's attention

Obviously the solution is that we need more guns.
Sounds like a couple of morons got into an argument and rather than just arguing with words, or (still unacceptable) a fistfight, they started shooting and hit some random bystanders.
Clearly the situation would have been better if everyone was armed and more people had been shooting.
Gun culture.
And this is why its a huge problem that needs to be addressed.
I don't see any gun violence being of diminished importance because it wasn't a mentally unstable person, or someone who shot up a school. The gun problem is bigger than that. Its all of these things combined.
