Default bleacherreport: Pixar animations depicting the 2012 season

"It wasn't easy, but the Redskins valiantly overtook the Buccaneers' ship. Robert Griffin III orchestrated a late-game drive that culminated with a 41-yard Billy Cundiff winner."

Not sure why they picked that game as ours. I'd say just about every other game we played would have been a much better choice for animation, but whatever.

Regardless I thought this was pretty cool and figured I would share.

I noticed they skipped the Cowboys. Thought it would end up being our animation, but then again it's pretty damn funny no one thought them relevant enough to animate.

Those were actually really cool. And I love ours, especially with all the team name crap coming up again, makes those Indians look bad*** they way they're climbing the ship!

The Browns/Colts picture looks like a tidal wave of sewage...or what Andy Dufresne had to crawl through when he came out clean on the other side.

Very neat. Surprised we didn't have the Cowboys/Redskins game, but all those were great.

You can tell the animator was at least a bit of a geek as well.

Star Wars reference, Boondock Saints reference, Monty Python reference, Drizz't reference, Halo Reference, Skyrim Reference, Chuck Norris Roundhouse Kick references....

Also, a nice reference back to his own studios work with the villian Bear at the stone henge like location from (both form Brave) searching for the Cardinals.

Very cool...I wish we had one for each of our games this year. Something about it reminded me of the old programs from the 1940s. I'll try to find an example.

"Washington strolled to the NFC championship, outscoring their two playoff opponents by a combined total of 48 points. Their domination was more than impressive, it was historic. The 1991 Redskins boasted the largest average margin of victory among all Super Bowl champions."

Ok, can anyone explain the 'griffin' in the Lions vs Eagles games? Is this a domestic dispute between Mom & Dad? Also, the 'E' on the 49ers ring is backwards. Is that intentional? Guess I have too much time on my hands...

He clearly has a big cat fetish. There were way more Panthers and Bengals games in there than the season merited.

I'm surprised we didn't get one for the saints game.

Good find. I thought all of them were inventive and pretty good. I like out of the box art like this.

Good job on all of them. Surprised they didn't have the skins/boys one.

I personally like the Bills/Jaguars game. Very clever.

I agree that some teams got a little too much love. Redskins/Cowboys should have been a gimme.

... were there ANY Cowboys games?
