Lost amid the Fox Sports 1 announcement is that they won't cut away from game action for commercials as much, doing a 'double box' instead
Well it takes time. You have to wait until major contracts come up until you can make any real progress. I think NBCSN is doing fine, but they were not going to knock it out of the park at first. None of these networks is going to, it is going to take years. It is going to depend on what contracts they can pry away. Chances are, in ten years you will have ESPN and another one of these networks while the others have folded. I don't think all of them will be able to survive.

Digital also part of the new Fox Sports plan. Fox Sports Go, also launching in Aug, will be their mobile answer to WatchESPN w 1000+ events
The only real problem I have with ESPN is that they have made their analyst and host think they're as big and as important as the athletes they're covering.
I just want NBC to get the NBA back for the theme music. Roundball Rock!

Redskins 2013 Opponents:

Away- Dallas, NY Giants, Philadelphia, Green Bay, Minnesota, Atlanta, Denver, Oakland
I mean look at this presentation from NBC.
ESPN is terrible overall outside of their documentary series...but I have hard time actually thinking positively about anything associated with Murdoch.
NBC and CBS/Turner will make a big push when the NBA deal ends with ESPN. Honestly i think the NBA hates their decision to move to ESPN
