Haven't seen any of the games, but from reading the articles it sounds like he's still making clutch shots. What is his future?

He is a strong bench player.
Pesky on D and feeds off the crowd who loves him. Last night he and Steve Blake were on the court at the same time. They might not be the best pair out there but their chemistry is tight. They move fast. Its cool to watch.
I like how Blake runs the game but so far his shooting has been exceptionally poor. He definitely has to work on his shooting touch.
Pearlman writes that Michael Irvin, incensed that tackle Everett McIver, in mid-haircut, would not leave a barber chair at training camp in 1998 so Irvin could get his haircut first, stabbed McIver in the neck. McIver was rushed to the hospital and survived, but not without losing a lot of blood. Irvin's silence on the charge has been deafening. I asked a Cowboy who played on that team if the story was true. "Absolutely,'' the Cowboy said. "I'm surprised it was kept quiet over the years.''
Juan Dixon is a skinnier Bobby Jackson.

"UK military spokesman Major Mike Shearer said: "We can categorically state that we have not released man-eating badgers into the area."
Blake has never been a great shooter just a good defender, passer and ball handler

He's improved his ballhandling, although it is still a work in progress. The attempt to convert him to a point guard was a joke. He doesn't force as many shots as last year.
He has some incredible faults. He has no explosiveness or handles to get by anyone. He never was a good passer at MD, so not much surprise there. He can't bring the ball up the court without making an adventure out of it - pretty much any pg that applies pressure will give him fits.
His only real strengths of any signifigance are stealing the ball and shooting threes. He's somewhat of a sparkplug change of pace guy to throw in when the starters aren't getting it done, but leaving him in for more than 10 minutes is asking for a loss when the game is over.
The comparison to Bobby Jackson is laughable.
I disagree on his explosiveness. When he's in the game, is regularly one of the quickest players on the court and generally uses his first step to get by defenders instead of having superior handles.
He's been a good scorer off the bench. He hasn't played well enough to push any of the starters though, and he'll likely see his minutes diminish significantly once Stackhouse returns.
Dixon and Stack don't play the same spot....and yet again. Jetsolo is not watching hoops.
Where is Stack in my post?
Hello, McFly!
look at the post below yours.
That was a double dip rebuttle.

Well, if you share his view, you're equally as clueless. He doesn't "get by" defenders with any regularity.
1st of all, he doesn't play with an regularity. He's in there for less than 20 min a game. His points are up and his turn overs a down. What do you want?
2nd, he has been getting closer to the basket all season.
So, again....try turning on your television and then posting.
So if he played 40 minutes, he will suddenly "get by" defenders with more regularity than he would in 20 minutes?Originally posted by Bufford 2.5

Better passing and better handles. Otherwise, he'd be a starter. His points are up and his turn overs a down. What do you want?
Wonderful analysis. He's getting closer, but not quite there yet. Yet still a contrast to your agreement with the other poster that said he "gets by with regularity".2nd, he has been getting closer to the basket all season.
P.S. I do watch more basketball than you.
Jeez...stop beating up on eachother Dixon a decent player with a lot of quickness and he does get by people just not all the time...and usually he is going against the opponents quickest player so don't get in a huff about it. I've seen every wizards game this season and he does look better....he is an off the bench spark who is very useful in the half court trap...

that breakdown was so sad. Your acting like people expecting this guy to be a starter. Most didn't expect him to be drafted and make a team.
Just stop man, you don't watch hoops. We all know it.
