We used to live on the Beast in my younger days. I haven't had one in a few years, though. The two worst beers I've ever tasted were Bud Dry and Olympia. I think it was Olympia, anyway. It was the beer that Clint Eastwood drank in Every Which Way But Loose.

My preferred brew is Killian's Red.

I had a friend who convinced us to try some oddball flavored beer. Blackberry and something else. Absolutely the nastiest sh*t you'd ever taste.

Of course that friend eats or drinks about anything that's edible so he actually thought it was tolerable.


Personally I'd say anything by Budweiser is undrinkable.

What the hell is wrong with ya'll?? Beast is the shiznit for us youngins! You can buy a 24 for like 12 dollars..that is quality! I'll be living off of that **** in college..hopefully I'll be able to get some Busch..cheap but probably my favorite beer. As for awful beers..Corona and Heineken..both are f'n foul. Love the longneck Bud Ice..damn good beer.

Years ago, after being eliminated from a softball tournament early one Saturday morning, we remaining diehards took up a collection to buy as much beer as we could and got plastered. Piels was on sale for $1.99 a case. (Bud was around $8.00 at the time) We all b'tched about the taste from the first swig, but we kept drinking it. Limited funds will force a guy to do certain things he doesn't really want to do on occasion. This was one of those times.

The worst beer: Scotch Buy Brand beer. It was the generic beer sold in Safeway grocery stores in Oklahoma. To make matters worse you could only buy 3.2 in grocery stores, so you had to drink a lot of it before you could feel it.

As an aside, they produced Scotch Buy cigarettes and I've been told they were worse than the beer.

guy at the beverage store in O.C. tried to tell us it was just like PBR years ago on a trip there , bought 20 cases for like 2 bucs each , worst freak'in hangover after one night i've ever had did'nt drink the rest of the weekend i was there.
