Some trivia to add: Present West Point graduates no longer receive an RA commission; not like you old timers

We still have our 3 yr committments to IRR after our 5 years active though.

(However, I highly doubt they'll be calling any of us retired tankers back)

The draft is a fear tactic these days.
people like to scare other people.....

Explain to me ONE MORE TIME, why would you institute the draft before you increase the enlistments and make sure your not getting enough people to come into the military.

I'm not stating they will or they wont come in.. But if you don't raise the enlistment caps first (ie. the 25 democrats bill)... why in the world would you then draft...

It's just silly talk.
