At least NFL has a strict system to weed (I know I'm punny) these guys outta the system. Who knows what the baseball players parties look like. If they instituted the NFL policy in the MLB can you imagine the results? Is there anyone on the Redskins that is on substance abuse probation or has had problems in the past?

I think steroids gets you suspended on the first offense.
The only difference between Smith and any other player in the league is that he simply got caught.
For anyone who thinks the majority of NFL players don't get high, you're either stupid or naive.

Come on guys, you gotta understand that living in Eugene is like living in Amsterdam in terms of weed usage.
He's in a tough transitional time right now.
Honestly, weed is not a performance enhancer, don't test for it. If anything he should be praised for being good while being a pothead. That's an amazing feat.
