Serial Killer Action figures

These are not the figures I remember as a kid. Perhaps a miniture of an electric chair would put the figure of, say, Bundy in proper light.<br /><br />This is kind of sick, but he has a point about the books and movies and stuff. Are they not making a profit from the very same crimes? A movie based on a book which has already been a bestseller is not informing the public, but entertaining them.<br /><br />I don't like it, but I wouldn't tell him to stop.

Yea, I wouldn't exactly tell him to stop either. And as the article pointed out some people are just facinated with crime. Still gives me the creeping whim whams to think that there are that many people out there that are "that" facinated with these killers. I guess sometimes it's just good to ask oneself if maybe I should be doing this.

I would consider myself interested, but not obsessed with serial killers. I'm not going to buy any action figures. But they're absolutley fascinating to study, and the majority of the people that dedicate their lives to serial killers are FBI profilers or criminologists. I don't think everybody that reads a ton of literature on serial killers is neccessarily a nut.

Actually, to be more specific, I meant that it was the people who do collect these"action figures" that get to me. I have been known to collect a few in my day, but those just don't seem to be on my list. Yikes.
