    Question Fantasy football stuffs again

What do you think are the best Fantasy football sites?

Does anybody know of any free services that let you run your league on the net? I tried fanball.com last year and it was a joke. 3 days before the season they cancelled the service.

I'm in a Yahoo fantasy baseball league right now and am impressed with it. Stats are updated quickly, there is a live-action scoring feature, and you can customize the scoring system for your league. There is also an online draft that you can participate in, or have your team auto selected for you.

Yahoo hasn't activated the football leagues yet, but I plan on setting at least one league up.

sandbox went to the live draft in baseball, perhaps they will do the same in football. But Buddha is right, Yahoo is the best.

I've tried many fantasy football leagues in the past 10 years. Last year I tried a couple of Internet based leagues and was very pleased with SMALL WORLD FOOTBALL. Whenever starting in a new league you have to get a feel for how the game is played. After the debacle of signing Vinny Testaverde, Jamaal Anderson and Terrell Davis I finished up a respectable 3rd place out of 9 teams in my league. Overall there were something like 150,000 teams in God knows how many leages. Leagues can be as small as 4 teams. Check out Small World Football at http://www.football.smallworld.com/

Thanks, but what I am looking for is a way to run my local fantasy league over the net. I tried sandbox.com and espn last year, and neither was very impressive.

What about sites that are good for stats, opinions, rankings, etc. The best that I know of is thehuddle.com

I believe Smallworld Football will provide you the information you're looking for. Rankings, stats, opinions, etc. They've got it all. And it's FREE! Unlike ESPN which if I'm not mistaken charges a fee.

This is taken directly from their web site.

    Fanball
Go to www.fanball.com It's better. You have an option of live or e-mail draft and keeper or re-draft leagues.
