This may be a little long winded, so sorry...,

SO i hired this guy who supposedly owned his own lanscaping business back in April to do some work around out house. The total cost was to be about $4k, we paid him 2k up front, and he did very little work and never came back, never returned phone calls or anything. I usually look small businesses up on the BBB site but for some odd reason i didnt this time, yea yea i know dumb me. Anyway...

I did find him on the BBB site with 6 complaints against him, but under a DIFFERENT company name, but he was still using the same address and phone #!! In case anyone in the Waldorf/Laplata and surrounding areas is wondering who this guy is or what his company name is... its Lee's Creative Landscaping (well thats what he used to use) now he goes by Big Rons Creative Landscaping, based out of Marbury MD near Indian Head MD.


So last month my wife and i go up to the courthouse and file a civil suit against his ass. We get a letter from them about a month ago saying our court date was august 4th (pending service on defendant)

Well we got another letter in the mail this past friday saying they could NOT serve the defendant/find his home ...and to not show up on August 4th.. *&#*%&*#%&*! Yea im really pissed, so what do i do today? Yup thats right i decided to go drive by his place to see if i could find his house.
Well on the way there, i drove right past this SOB!!! (like 1 mile from his house) I couldnt turn around immedietely then i find a driveway to turn around in like 30 seconds later, flip a ***** and haul ass the other way to follow him. Well this old ass lady was in the way and there was nowhere to pass her ass lol crap! And by the time i got to the major intersection near his house, he was gone grrrrr

I find it funny the sheriff's office could not locate his house or him, because the ONE time i go looking for him, i drive right by him, after i lost him i drove by his house and the address is CLEARLY marked but of course he was not there since i KNOW i just drove by him.

I belong to the forums at www.somd.com (southern marylands forums) and reported him/posted about him in one section of the forums, and i got a email from another guy saying he got scammed by the same dude. He also said he had a court date with him on August 14th i think and offered to come to my/our hearing to testify against him for us, and i was going to do the same for him.


My questions are, if you were in my shoes what would you do? Refile and HOPE they find him or his house? (to file for the sheriff to go serve him papers for the civil suite we had to pay like $100)

I plan on going to this other guys court hearing on the 14th, but hes not responding to my emails or posts on the somd forums. I would really love to call 7 on your side or something, or hire a PI, but we dont have the $$ to do that at this time. This SOB has been doing this since 2004 according the BBB reports on him, and i want justice served. And of course our $$ back.

Everybody needs to put this guy at number 1 in the death pool. I just saw him on the Gong Show and he was clearly wasted. He doesn't have long.

At 0113 hours, Murrieta Police responded to call at Buffalo Wild Wings, 40484 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd., Murrieta to investigate an intoxicated male at the location urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance. Officers arrived and stopped a truck which was leaving the location. Witnesses told the officers one of the truck occupants had sexually battered a 17 year old outside the restaurant and bar.

The 17 yr old female victim and several witnesses told police that as Andy Dick left the establishment, he approached two females outside the bar. Dick walked up to the 17 year old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts. He then was escorted by several of his friends to a truck which was stopped by arriving police officers in a nearby Sam’s Club a few moments later.

Andy Dick was in the front passenger seat of the truck. A curbside lineup was conducted and the male was identified by the victim, as well as a witness. During a search incident to arrest, marijuana and Xanax were found in Andy Dick’s pants pockets. Andy Dick was extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest. He was booked at the Southwest Detention Center."
