Made me think of this:

"The only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others. His own good is not sufficient warrant." --John Stuart Mill
"The rule of law is to be preferred to the rule of man. We do not permit a man to rule but the law because a man rules in his own interest, and becomes a tyrant but the function of a rule is to be the guardian of the justice and, if justice then of equality." --Aristotle
Next time just use the youtube tags but from the youtube address (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9t_wxkyZBw) only put the stuff AFTER the equals sign in between the tags, not the whole url.
For example, on the video you just posted, do p9t_wxkyZBw[*/youtube] but without the astrix.
/took me forever to figure that out, so thought Id pass it on

It's an ominous looking storm, and I did see the face, but I agree with you, it's just a thunderstorm rolling in. If you want a scary storm check out this hail storm in Oklahoma:

Probably the angle at which the video was shot as well. The way that storm was moving and the angle it was shot,(along with the speed),made it look kind of creepy.
I wouldn't say we get them all the time in TN, but I've seen several storms move that quickly in my time here. I have a large field behind my house and you can watch them roll in. Sometimes they're on top of you in a matter of minutes- what was just a dark sky off in the distance a few moments ago
Maybe it has something to do with the mountains, I don't know.
However, you want to see a ****ing biblical thunderstorm, move to kansas or oklahoma. Those will make you say a prayer.
Darndest thing I've ever seen out of a storm was in Tennessee,(There for a few years in the early 70's). First some smaller lower clouds started to spin then got sucked up in to the bigger, nastier looking clouds. A little later, the clouds were doing that "boiling" thing. All this with that greenish color. Agreed with those storms in Kansas in Oklahoma. They turn day in to night but not before looking like something out of a horror movie on the way to ya. Storms here are a bit sketchy because when out in the mountains, you can't see them coming. Can hear them, but the thunder just rolls around and you can't tell where it's coming from. That's usually the time when your average hiker makes like the Road Runner down the trail.![]()
