I laughed.
Edit: At the Jeffersons/Hitler video, that is.

R.I.P royallypwned
Playing catch up on the thread i hate being drawn to--just makes me want to do what most of the staff has wanted to do repeatedly over the years and close what is usually a fine source of allowable (rules-wise) entertainment.
Yes, get rid of it. I was just preparing a one week ban when I saw you redeem yourself on it, but you need to edit it and people need to know the the rule isn't just for "sort of" heeding.
And that's a week off. You know tossing in an "NSFW" doesn't mean "anything goes." Rule 13 had been there plenty long enough for people to "get it" and I love you and know you like to explore the boundaries, so that time you fell over one.
Also, I don't know where the "guy on fire" vid is, since it's not showing up. I see several posts where only icons appear so I can't tell who's it is. If what I hear about it is valid, ti's likely a ban too so it needs to disappear.
Since I find it a very annoying and unnecessary use of my ES time to handle matters that really shouldn't be necessary, from now on the minimum ban I will be giving for violations in this thread will be 3 months.![]()
"Captain, it's a viewpoint--not one of ours! We're under attack!"
"I see it, ensign! Engage amygdala! Transfer all power from frontal lobes!
Suspend critical thinking field! Go to course heading of reflexive response 101 at full bias!
Now!'Enter' at will!"
"It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so."
What a waste of good bourbon......![]()
This is absolutely awesome!!
The soldiers gave three cheers as they urged their tired horses north across the uneven hills. Some of the mounts, exhausted after a week of almost continual marching, began to lag behind; others, spurred on by their enthusiastic riders, began to edge past the regiment's commander. "Boys, hold your horses," Custer cautioned; "there are plenty of them down there for us all."
