Do i still get credit for trying to help out a noobie, if even its a short lived noobie?
...and I always wondered 'why can't he stay dead?' It doesn't change any good thing that he said. What matters is his life and not how he died. Why can't he just be a nice Jewish guy? - Tommy Womack

actually, he was doing o.k. until you 'helped' him

The soldiers gave three cheers as they urged their tired horses north across the uneven hills. Some of the mounts, exhausted after a week of almost continual marching, began to lag behind; others, spurred on by their enthusiastic riders, began to edge past the regiment's commander. "Boys, hold your horses," Custer cautioned; "there are plenty of them down there for us all."

Arn't the "little guys" who do all the swimming alive?

Could we see a day where any "release" of those fellows in any act, other than for procreation, is criminal? Criminal for killing "potential" life?
Just a odd thought at 3:30 am.

it is a crime, and God will kill a kitten any time you kill a batch. Its the sole reason I masterbate as a rule, regardless of if I got any or not. And yes I am that evil that I give her a picture of a kitten and let her know that it died for her.

I really cant understand how abortion is so important to someone politically that if a pregant woman was beat down by a sicko that he shouldnt be charged with murder if the baby is lost. You can try to explain yourself, but really I wont ever get it. I have no problem with abortion, Im a if theres a God let him sort them out type of person, but if some one willfully attempts to abort a child in growth and isnt doing it legally then he needs to visit old sparky.

Murder implies an intent to kill a specific person. If the assailant's intent was not to kill the unborn child it can be argued that it's not murder. I think everyone will say it's a heinous act either way, it's just a matter of semantics and whether or not you think the label "murder" should be attached.

My statements were not directed at any race...watch any MTV lately? Whites, Blacks, Blues, and Reds all use words like "baby-daddy", "Dawg", "Yo", etc, etc...Perhaps it's your OWN hidden racist thinking that would lead you to believe that the only race of whom I could be speaking would be black!!!

Not sure what the law is.

But Im sure some people who would want it charged as murder are probably for abortion also. Funny how things work.

They are only alive in the sense that any living cell is alive. But you are failing to distinguish between potential life in the creating-a-new-person sense, and life. A sperm or an unfertilized egg are potential life. Left alone, nothing happens. But once the egg is fertilized, then you have life -- left alone, it grows. It has it's own human DNA. What do you call a growing human individual? (Maybe a lot of things, but...) Alive.

Im a pro-abortion type of guy, I dont let my politics get involved when it comes to a sicko who is willing to beat a pregnant woman. I say charge him with murder just cause hes a douche bag for attacking a pregnant woman, regardless if you believe the fetus is a person or not.
