    Default Season Tickets Question

I'm from Fairfax Co. but I'm in college now in Indiana. I'm planning to come back to the D.C. area when I get out of school, so I signed up for the season ticket list. Right now I'm number 170,000 or something. I was just wondering if anyone had a guess as to how many years (decades?) it'll be before I actually get tickets.

    Dave

I have heard it takes around 10 to 12 years to get them now.

It took me 22 years (1979 to 2001) to get mine, but most of that time was also back when the Skins were still playing at RFK.

I got off the list in 4 years. Now I am a happy camper. I got my call last year. My guess is that season ticket holders were like rats jumping off a sinking ship.

I am getting tix this season from some of our tailgate friends.....they each had season tix...got married - kept them both....then "inherited" another set. So - they sell off two sets each year.

My question is.......when do they normally have to pay for their tix? When are tix shipped?

I want to make sure I have the money "accrued" for when I need to get it to them.

See - you feed people and interest them w/ whacky menus and it goes rewarded......NO MORE EBAY in 2005-06....thank Gibbs.

We get to pick from two....I'm leaning towards the very top row - Redskin side (409) - corner endzone. The other tix are Visitor side (410) - towards the top - corner endzone.

Not great seats by any stretch....but they will be face value. Last year - we really got hosed on some games....others were real cheap. I'll just be glad to have some continuity and not have to worry. Heavens knows when Gibby turns this ship around - tix won't be easy to come by.

What's the number to call to see your spot on the list?

I actually had another question too now that I think about it. Are all of the seats at Fed Ex season ticket seats? My roommate who's from Buffalo and I were talking about it. Their tickets are cheap, so just about anyone can go to a game.

That's because the Bills have their games in Buffalo.

I just called the number and my spot is 68,327. I wonder what the turnover rate is for season tickets?
