    Looks to me it's how the feathers hang off the circle. At least looks that way to me. Oh and the fact it's facing the other way.

    Got bored one day and decided to make these. Took me quite a while and I wansn't worried about filesize, just getting them to look "decent". Yes I know they are not perfect, just a first try.
