I knew maybe 4 of these. Guess I'm friggin' old.

"It is our true policy to steer clear of entangling alliances with any portion of the foreign world. The great rule of conduct for us in regard to foreign nations is, in extending our commercial relations, to have with them as little political connection as possible." George Washington.
"Peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none." Thomas Jefferson.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat as you.

BTW, for the first one isn't it "Psych" as in you're psyching someone out or messing with their head (same root as psychology)?

Yes. I'd also argue that anyone who saw Michael Jackson before his transformation isn't from that time period.

Edit: I read it as late 80s/early 90s. I guess if you're from the early 80s you would have.

Pass the Geritol, I can't relate to much of that.
What's the difference between God and pilots?
    God doesn't think he's a pilot.

Taxiing down the tarmac, a DC-10 abruptly stopped, turned around and returned to the gate. After an hour-long wait, it finally took off. A concerned passenger asked the flight attendant, “What, exactly, was the problem?” “The pilot was bothered by a noise he heard in the engine,” explained the flight attendant. “It took us a while to find a new pilot.”

You're DEFINITELY not a kid from the 80s/90s if you over-analyze how to spell certain fad words...

"Washington strolled to the NFC championship, outscoring their two playoff opponents by a combined total of 48 points. Their domination was more than impressive, it was historic. The 1991 Redskins boasted the largest average margin of victory among all Super Bowl champions."
