At least Smoot is not going off on the Skins. He's giving them the path of least resistance referring to Coles and how that was impacting the cap, etc.
He went for the money and maybe because he was tired of losing(Minn does have a hell of a QB and offense) but he is being a good guy about the move. He's not bad-mouthing the organization like some guys have done.
You will give the Redskins an ideal to strive towards. They will race behind you, they will stumble, they will fall. But in time, they will join you in the sun. In time you will help them accomplish wonders.

I just watched it, and seeing him in all that vikings gear it finally sunk in that he is gone.
Smoot was a good #2 but he'll be replaced in Greg William's defense.

Duante? That's kinda weird, isn't it? A defensive player going to a team because of an offensive player? Does that statement seem weird to anyone else?
I wonder how the rest of the team is going to feel when we trade Gardner to the Vikes for Smoot after all that smack talk.

Not that weird. When you know the offense is good and taken care of, then that makes the team that much better. Look at it from Smoot's perspective.
