    Wow! I was unaware that soooo many felt this way! I'm in the minority on this thread. College hoops? The March Madness Tournament? Is unequaled in "ANY" sport. Period. No where will they put the best 64-65 teams in a "ONE" game series. Listen to how loud the crowds are. Total mass hysteria from the opening jump till the final buzzer and the best "TEAM" doesn't always win. Gotta love that right? I guess not.

    Unfortunately, my wife is addicted to it and watches all games possible - both men's and women's.

    Look guys, it's real simple. All sporting events fall into one of two categories:

    Redskins football, and

    Not Redskins football.

    I'm suprised I have to explain that to people on this board.

    I'm not a basketball fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I am drawn to the NCAA Tourney. I watch it every year and it's the only basketball I watch....I love the upsets...most of the games are pretty exciting.

    CTaylor - I remember the NC State-Houston match. Great game. Also enjoyed Jordan's Tarheels knocking off Georgetown and Villanova also taking down Georgetown (even though I was rotting for G'Town both times).

    I'm the only person in Conn. that roots against UCONN

    I used to LOVE ML Baseball, but not any more. I love baseball with a passion, but not MLB.

    The Redskins are IT for me, beyond that, I don't care all that much.

    I know it wasnt directed at me but boxing is a great sport. Playoff hockey is great, i dont prefer the NBA but i love college basketball, they actually play to win, not because they are getting $$$$.
