Default How are your fantasy teams doing?

I promise I didn't create this thread to tell you how amazing I am at fantasy football (I'm really really good)

All 12 team leagues. $ league= $100 entry fee

Fanball $ League: I'm 5-1. 3rd in the league in scoring

Yahoo $ League: I'm 5-1. 1st in the league in scoring and my only loss came by .14 points!

ES FleaFlicker: 4-2. 4th in scoring

How are your teams doing at this point?

I forgot about the ES fleaflicker league this week, so I'm sure I lost. Damnit. That probably has me at 3-3

League #1: 10 teams. 6-0. Squeaked out a win this week after bombing people for the first five. Didn't figure McNabb would suck balls against the Raiders.

League #2: 12 teams. 4-2. Huge weeks from Ray Rice, the Packers defense, and M Colston.....

League 1: My Yahoo league, i'm sitting at 3 - 3 after a rocky 0 - 3 start. I'm money in this league except at RB, where i have Brandon Jacobs and Kevin Smith. Luckily, i have Ray Rice as well...but i'm trying to see if i can swing Jacobs and Smith for a more consistent #1 RB. I'm sitting in 4th place in this league, and i'm also 4th in points scored. Not terrible, but could be better.

League #2: My buddies Yahoo league, i'm 4 - 2 and blowing the rest of the league away in points. My point total right now is at 1,257, and the next closest guy has scored over 100 fewer points than me total. The two loses both came on bad matchups. If i had drawn anyone else in the league those two weeks, i'd be 6 - 0. I'm in 2nd place in this league, but only because the guy who lucked out and beat me in week 1 (the guy who's 2nd behind me in points) has caught nothing but good matchups and is sitting at 5 - 1. I'm frothing at the mouth for a rematch against that bama.

League #3: ES Dynasty League, and my favorite league by far. I'm 4 - 2, and 3rd in points scored. I'm on a 4 game winning streak after starting 0 - 2, which is the longest such streak in our league, and i'm heading into a bye-filled fantasy week, which i'm somewhat nervous about.

Overall, not too bad. I could be better in both Yahoo leagues. In the ES Dynasty League, i think my guys are just starting to REALLY rev their engines.

7-1 in my Yahoo $ League. Crushing the entire league in scoring. League pays for regular season winner & points winner, right dunph?

5-3 in fanball 3rd? in league scoring

Now 7-1 in my league after another romp. 3 Defensive TD's always helps. So does Chris Johnson playing against the Jags. I really should get Desean Jackson in my lineup, though....

5-3 in my other league after squeaking out a nailbiter. One of those classic 121-116 games. Those games suck when you're on the losing end (which I was last week), so it's good to get on the right side of things.

Refer to post #4 for league correlation.

League 1: Two weeks ago i was 3 - 3. Now i'm 4 - 4. After going 3 - 4 i knew i had to make a move, so i traded Brandon Jacobs and Kevin Smith away for MJD. We'll see how it goes from here. Hoping to get on the upside of .500 this week.

League 2: This is the league i'm romping in. Two weeks ago, 4 - 2. This week, 6 - 2. Still destroying in total points scored, and have been sitting in 1st place for 2 weeks. I fully expect to take the championship in this league. If i don't, it will be due to a MAJOR fantasy upset or real life injury. And i'm not the type to peg a winner before it's all played out....but my team is purely dominate in this league.

League 3: Our good ole ES Dynasty League. Two weeks ago i was coming off a 4 game winning streak and sitting at 4 - 2. I've lost two since then, and am sitting at 4 - 4. The byes the past two weeks took a toll on me. And if i had played Ted ****ing Ginn Jr over Mike Sims-Walker i would have won. No big deal, no one could have predicted that though. However, i have had a problem all year long in this league sitting the hot receivers the wrong weeks. I gotta get that nasty little trend turned around too in order to get this thing on the right side of .500.

League 1: My yahoo league - 4-4
I started off horribly but gained steam over the last 5 weeks. Right now I'm the 5 seed out of 6 but luckily, I'm in a division that flip flops first place every week.

League 2: Yahoo $ Keeper league - 3-5
RB's killing me in this league. Jacobs and Stewart (1 of my 2 keepers) haven't really done much to help me out. Basically Rodgers and Andre Johnson have carried me to my 3 wins. Fortunately, 8 teams make the playoffs and I'm currently 9.

League 3: Yahoo $ league - 2-6
2nd year in the league, and will be my last. Ridiculous 2 QB set up so there is no one on waivers when you need a fill in. Wasn't going to sign up this year but did anyway, and now regret it.

League 4: Yahoo Public league - 4-4
One spot out of the playoffs at the moment. Again, Rodgers and Johnson carrying team. Good young stable of RB's: Forte, K. Smith, Mendenhall, Moreno. If they get hot at the right time I think I have a good shot.

League 5: ES Dynasty league - 3-5
Have to say I've done better than expected. Stayed close in pretty much all my games, would be 4-4 if I didn't forget to set my lineup a couple weeks ago. No shot at playoffs but looking to play spoiler. My faith in Rodgers has paid off after getting lambasted for trading away Romo.

I am Mr. Mediocrity this year...

In the ES Dynasty League I am 4-4. Made a trade to shore up my weak set of WR's and was hoping that Bowe/Edwards would provide an instant boost, but my scoring remains somewhat lackluster. I came away with a couple of wins recently, but they were lucky wins - the ones where you end up as one of the lower scoring teams of the week, but you just happened to play a guy who scored just a bit less than you.

In my money league I have fallen to 3-5 on the year. This is a 14 team re-draft league and I had the 14th pick in the draft. I went with a radical change in strategy (I used to always take RB's with first 2 picks) and drafted WR's with my first 3 picks. Andre Johnson has done well for me, Calvin Johnson not so much...and Dwayne Bowe did well the first few weeks but nothing as of late. I have decent (nowhere near great RB's) in Bradshaw, Stewart, Reggie Bush, Willie Parker and Maroney - usually a couple of them do well every week...I just happen to start the wrong ones each week - can't seem to nail down the hot hand. The only one who has done consistently well for me is Matt Ryan.

Very disappointing fantasy season.

Damn that sucks SkinsNut. Seasons not over though. Maybe try to make a trade....

In my fanball league..I'm thinking about trading Andre Johnson for a lesser RB & WR. Like you, I took 2 Wr's with my 1st to picks (went RB in the 3rd). So my RB's are hurting: Kevin Smith, Darren McFadden, Donald Brown, Larry Johnson & Justin Fargas
