I hope the above is true because at first blush it strikes me as backward that someone who's rehab is going well would need the strength and conditioning coach to come out to Hawaii.
But, then again it makes sense to make sure everything continues according to plan and he doesn't have any setbacks while away from Ashburn.

Imo Kemo is the key that makes the defense work.

Definitely amazing news. Also a nice move to prioritize Kemo's recovery and hedge their bets with Fat Albert. This could really be just a scary good defensive line. Haynesworth has not garnered any good will from me, but I'll forgive everything if he changes his tune and this defense reaches its potential this season.
