Coach Gibbs Makes A Decision
This decision WORKS for this team.
All of the ranting, second guessing, complaining and out right rudeness from some of the posters came down to a EXCELLENT decision by a HOF coach. Who would have ever thought it. Blondie

Coach Gibbs is such a great coach......he works so hard for this team.....and is striving to take us back to the Super Bowl. This is not a "homer" or "kool aid" attitude......this is what a HOF coach is all about.
So many on here have questioned his ability and "if he does this" or "if he does that" .......and what does he do...........he once AGAIN proves he is a HOF coach. Blondie

Coach Gibbs and the whole coaching staff are geniuses. This is a perfect situation and will work out for the team should something happen to Brunell. Collins is a veteran with experience who can close out a game for us but if it is a week to week basis for Brunell they will take the week and get Campbell ready and he will start the next week. It wont hurt Campbell's confidence because he will be the starter which should boost his confidenced. This is the best situation for the team and so glad to hear this news.

Where is the "anti homer" crowd?
Is this NOT a great decision? It this NOT what we strived for this last decade? Is the NOT what a HOF coach does? Is this NOT how to do what is best for the team? Hehe, this is actually one of the reasons I don't post much.
Sure, I wonder why the team does things, but who am I to ever second-guess the HOF'er ...  There's no one else on the planet I'd rather have making these decisions. I know a lot of you guys are too young to remember the 'Skins as Joe's team ... it's easy, you just have to relax, trust him and scream like hell on game day |
