I dont think it is Springs now because driving home from the stadium, we were listening to the post-game show and they asked Springs about the article. He said somthing like, "if it was me, I would have put my name on it."

After reading the quotes I somehow get the feeling that the player is a cornerback. Shawn Springs made it pretty clear that he didn't do it. I just don't see Carlos doing it. Kenny Wright seems like the next option.

Whoever it was, it would seem from what was said that this player has been a Redskin as long as GW has. Somehow, I doubt it was Springs. I just don't see him as the kind of guy who would say this and then go out of his way to say the player should've had the guts to say it without the anonymity. Has anyone thought maybe Ade Jimoh was the guy? I'd actually be leaning towards Taylor. I think it's obvious that the things going on and GW's arrogance have severly affected Sean on the field, I wouldn't be surprised if it were him.

Bottom line is that Rogers or Taylor aren't shipped out even if it was them. Springs maybe, and Arch is gone anyhow. So other than humiliating the player publicly what purpose does it serve. Think that his teammates are speaking to him?
