Default The Official "Snyder Sucks" Thread (Let's boycott him too) Mega-merged)

Snyder should sell the team because he keeps making bonehead moves and is to arrogant to admit he is bad for the franchise. He can not keep his meddling fingers away and let them grow as a club. It should be a no brainer to fire Cerrato or to promote Williams. Instead he does it the other way around. I love the Redskins and it is tearing me up that for the last eight years he has ruined this team.

Actually, this is why you would want Snyder to fire the team, not why he should fire himself. You've actually pointed out why he shouldn't sell.

He's arrogant. Well, arrogant guys are often stubborn and think they can get it right. Why would an arrogant guy give up.

He enjoys "meddling" Again, if he likes to meddle, then why would he deprive himself of the joy of meddling by selling the team?

Fire Cerrato or (interesting that it's not and, and/or) promote Williams. Hmmm... the owner doesn't see it your way or even the public's way and so he should bow his head in shame, admit the masses always know best, and walk away.

There is only one reason that Snyder should sell the team. Huge profit or if he no longer is passionate about his company. I don't see that happening in the near future.

Snyder should just stick to dealing with Amusement Parks and Tom Cruise.

He better show us something when he hires a new coach!

no kidding...
We can blame the media on this one.

Fassel is our Fourth Front runner...

Williams
Schwartz
Mora
Fassel

Blame the media not Snyder.

Vinny Cerrato believes he gave Jim Zorn a roster that can make the playoffs. A playoff kicker doesn't miss that kick. A playoff safety doesn't bite multiple times by a double move in the same game.

Snyder will never sell this team. He can seem like a total moron at times, and tends to make terrible decisions, but he loves the Redskins. He will own the team for the next 40 years or so is my guess; so get used to it, and pray he starts learning how to run a team successfully.

...a good start would be keeping GW and Al Saunders around - open up the playbook for Campbell like they did with Collins the last couple games of the season, beef up our O-Line and D-Line, and get a BIG receiver that can catch floaters in the corner of the end zone. We are not that far off from being a perennial playoff contender... if only Snyder gets his head out of Vinny Cerrato's lap.

Default who thinks daniel synder is the worst owner in the nfl?

i think this man needs to sell the team because he seems to like to screw things up!!! the worst part is, i believed the fans for one second actually had faith in daniel synder after the sean taylor incident. but now i think everybody has lost it.

As far as I'm aware, Snyder's not actually done anything wrong yet.

If he hires Fassel, it'd be stupid and I'll write as much on the team's web site . Until he does, let's wait to call for his head. It shouldn't be that hard to at least wait for the crime before demanding punishment.

Snyder is basically backing himself into a corner at this point. The fact that no offer was made to Fassell last night leads me to believe he more than likely wont be hired. We all know how Danny works if he likes something he goes and gets it. Even with his experience under Coach Gibbs I dont see this changing....

I personally see Dan Snyder stepping back, and possibly interviewing Spagnola, but when it all boils down to it he basically has backed himself into a corner where he almost will have to hire Greg Williams. Assuming after all this coach searching Greg still wants the job here.

I will go ahead and assume he still does, but im under the impression at this point that if Dan can't get Spagnola to come here or isnt impressed with his interview than Greg Williams will have to be the coach because at the point there isnt anything else to choose from.

For years and years the Cards and Bungles had much worse ownership situations.

But, if Dan continues to pull the puppet strings on Vinny C, he could shoot to the top (or should it be the bottom) of the list.
