LaRon Landry A No Show At Autograph Signing

LaRon was scheduled to sign autographs today at PS GameGear in the Dulles Town Center Mall in Sterling.

To make it short, over 100 people showed up, having already paid the 35 dollar cover charge to find an empty table, and LaRon not answering his phone.

After making the two hour drive from Harrisonburg, I guess you could say Im ticked. And I can promise you that I wasn't the only person wearing Burgundy and Gold that was pretty upset with LaRon.

Disappointing to say the least.

damn, Laron did that too when I was suppose to get him and Sellers at a CSA show I went to last year, him and Mike Sellers never showed up..Laron is also SUPPOSE to be at the CSA show in March im going to, I want to get him on a jersey but he isn't reliable enough to show up to pay that much money for a jersey, so i'll probably just get him on a photo, so I can get my money back if he doesn't show up again.

That's too bad. It's sad to hear about a player that's not in touch with the fans. Definitely can't be a fan favorite doing stuff like that. I hope they refund your money and send you something signed by ANOTHER Redskins player in the mail as a gesture.

That said, just curious why you want to get stuff signed? I never understood that as a fan.

Hopefully a very good reason for this. But right now, one doesn't look at this as the best way for Laron to endear himself to the fans.

Why sould he care about the annoying fans? The guy has a freaking life and it don't revolve around some nobodies that hang out on extremeskins.

Its funny..Either you're an autograph fan and dont mind spending money on autographs and its a great hobby, or you hate it and see no reason to spend money on that..Im a hardcore autograph collector, I spend $250+ 3 times a year on the CSA shows..Its something fun to me, to meet the player..Its hard to try to get other people who dont like it, to understand.

Then dont make yourself available for autograph apperences, or say you're going to show up..Its a waste of your time.

Just a hobby. I collect everything Redskins.

Luckily I have family in the area, so the day wasn't a complete loss. LaRon is never going to get anywhere with this fanbase brushing us off like it's nothing. He has lost some respect because of this.
