ESPN 980: Jason La Confora accusation of tampering

JLC called the NFL and asked if they were going to charge the Skins with tampering. This stemmed from a the conversation that Adam Shefter and Vinny Cerato had on the Red Zone regarding head coach Kiffin from the Raiders. JLC is a funny guy. He is the enemy!

I'm not aware of the conversation between Schefter and Cerrato on the Red Zone. What was that about?

This really pissed me off when I heard that, what is wrong with him. That could have caused some major problems to the skins. Imagine if the skins would have lost some draft picks on a count of that (Bad Word)

They just replayed it on Red Zone, but you can download it at espn980.com

Basically, they just read a report from PFT saying that Lane Kiffin may be fired. Then JLC calls the NFL and says that we should be fined for tampering because of this. Then the NFL calls Vinny and says "why's this guy reporting you for tampering for this??". Then Vinny gets a laugh and calls out JLC. Thats basically how it happened.

Now we're waiting for the photos of JLC crying like a biayatch, but I'm sure he'll defend himself on WashingtonPostLive.

They were discussing a variety of topics. Lane Kiffin was one of those topics on Friday's debut show. During that conversation they mentioned that Kiffin, if fired, would possibly take the job at Syracuse. JLC felt that this was tampering.... lol.
