I posted it someplace else but thought it worthwhile in this thread too.
For his last nine games his QB rating is less than 50. I'm no fan of the Browns but it's really too bad they didn't try to get something for him while he was worth something.

I wasnt sold on DA, he had solid receivers plus a power runner. He played well no question, but alot of it was the team. If he adds a few more tricks to his bag no reason he cant get back on the right track. That being said, we are seeing Campbell do some great things and try to improve his game week to week. If Jason keeps his game up, keeps accelerating and we might have a star on our hands.

I will own up to the fact that I repeatedly called for us to look at him in free agency (he was a restricted FA in the off-season). I definitely feel like the guy can still be a really good qb, his WR's are dropping EVERYTHING. However, in this case, I will say, I was wrong. Good thing we aren't GM's.

i was never sold on derek. he may end up being good but one good year does not make a quarterback's career.
