Well close of business today was the deadline for new STHs to get their applications in. So I assume they'll make sure all their deposits clear, then in a couple days start the upgrade offers before filling in the backs with the n00bs.

I'll bet if STHs in the 400 level waited till July to renew, the TO would still take the money.
Even if their seats had already been reassigned, the TO would find some new ones which might even be better than the former. |
