Default Million Fan March

All this talk of a "Redskins Revolution" gave me a crazy idea. What if we somehow organized a "Million Fan March" on the mall? Ex Redskins and people who cover the team could be guest speakers. Nearly all of them have very strong feelings about the ownership. Maybe Riggo could give another "Rise from the Phoenix" type speech.

Why not take advantage of where we live and use the national mall as showcase to the entire nation and more importantly Daniel M. Snyder how we all feel? I think what it would show the most, however, is how much we truly care about our team.

The Redskins are our blood. I feel so helpless watching our team being ruined by a midget millionaire. Sorry if this idea is too crazy for anyone to believe that it could even remotely actually happen. I just want to do something before our team falls into a deep abyss that it won't come out of in my lifetime. Maybe even the commissioner would step in if he saw thousands of fans dressed in burgundy and gold crammed on the mall.

Actually, I think this is one of the better ideas I've heard on the subject.

As an extra kick in the ass, do it on a Sunday - during the Skins/Dallas game.

that would be insane.... you probably couldn't get near half that many people to show up, but it would still be pretty cool.

I would think you would have to do it in Ashburn at the park.

Nah. In DC were there is more media exposure! Plus, the 'Skins are from DC and it would be symbolic. Ashburn has Danny's footprints on the team written all over it!

Why not? It's no more silly than any of the others ideas floating around, lately, most of them being inordinately silly.

I think it would be an enormous wast of time. We would make no statement that hasn't all ready been made.

It would be like using an atomic explosion to get rid of a mouse infestation.

I think the Redskins already have had enough shame heaped on them. A better idea might be a giant party during the game to show...

Support for the team,
and disdain for "The Dan."

The homers and the protesters would be all over it!

Brilliant idea! I am all for it.
I suggest RFK as the ideal site. It's in DC, it is a symbol of our glorious past, it has NOTHING to do with Snyder and it is probably availible. Scheduling during a game would be perfect and we could all have an alternative tailgate party. Go for it!
