At the Caps game, Crowd Chanted "Redskins Suck!" (actually "Refs You Suck!") (MET)
I went to the game last night and at one point the crowd all together started chanting "Redskins Suck". For a second I thought I was in at the Eagles stadium.

It really is amazing how relevant the redskins are to the DMV area. It just boggles my mind that D.C. is such a huge football town. Usually this happens in area like green bay or pittsburgh. Just because they have nothing else to do in there towns. I wonder if it will happen in a Wiz game too.
I really can't wait to see D.C. back as a football town, I have yet to really experience what a winning team can do to this town, I was too young for the superbowl trips and the last time the area felt electric was in 2005 during that winning streak. |

Saying Redskins suck was accurate, but wrong. It should have been Snyder or Vinny or something else, hopefully they can chant one of those things in the future, maybe it'll get on the news or something.
